• Experience with international acquisition programs.
• Familiarity with DoD instructions and security cooperation policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert management in security cooperation policy, case development, and case execution.
• Interact with SAF/IA, NIPO, AFSAC, and NAVAIR to support FMS programs.
• Review directives and ensure current expertise in FMS processes.
• Coordinate with Program Managers to advise country teams on policy and case execution.
• Prepare and present oral and written presentations to government and industry.
