Job summary

OST INC in Orlando, FL is seeking a FMS Case Manager Journeyman to join our defense and international programs team. You will analyze draft LORs and LOAs, participate in FMS case meetings, and review drafts in DSAMS to certify case lines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in FMS, Security Assistance, or DoD programs, with experience in DSAMS, LOA/LOR analysis, and applying FMS guidance (SAMM). Eligible for merit-based bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, International Relations, Acquisition Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Security Assistance, or DoD acquisition programs.
• Demonstrated experience with FMS case development, execution, and/or closeout.
• LOA/LOR analysis and coordination.
• DSAMS or similar DoD case management systems.
• Application of FMS financial and policy guidance (e.g., SAMM).

Responsibilities

• Analyze draft Letters of Request (LORs) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs).
• Participate in FMS case meetings and review draft LOAs within DSAMS; support certification of delivered case lines.
