Job summary

Thompson Gray in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced FMS Case Manager to support the AMSA International office. You will handle case writing, input for PAs/LOAs, and coordinate PMRs, trainings, and meetings, traveling CONUS/OCONUS up to 75% as cases require.

The role requires a college diploma or equivalent with five years FMS experience (or a high school diploma with ten years), active Secret clearance, and the ability to work with AECA, ITAR, FAR, and DFARS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires active Secret security clearance.
• FMS experience and knowledge of program management.
• Familiarity with AECA, ITAR, FAR and DFARS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute and track tasks to completion.
• Assess and advise leadership on equipment related to Aviation Mission Equipment.
• Provide input for development and deconfliction of program schedules.
• Support procurement planning/forecasting for Aviation Mission Equipment.
