Thompson Gray Inc. seeks a skilled FMS Case Manager to support the AMSA International office in Huntsville, AL. The role involves case writing, pricing input, and coordinating PMRs, LOAs, P&As, and DSAMS inputs for CONUS and OCONUS deployments.

Qualifications

• Five years of FMS experience OR ten years with high school diploma
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Experience with FMS pricing, case actions, and LOR/LOA development
• Ability to coordinate PMRs and meetings

Responsibilities

• Provide case support to AMSA International team
• Execute and track tasks to completion
• Assess and advise leadership on equipment related to Aviation Mission Equipment
• Develop inputs for program schedules and procurement planning
• Prepare Manpower and Travel Data Sheets (MTDS) for DSAMS input
• Monitor FMS cases and funds; report status
• Support PMRs, trainings, WLMs and internal meetings
• Ensure AECA, ITAR, FAR and DFARS compliance
