Thompson Gray Inc., located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, seeks a seasoned FMS Case Manager to support AMSA International in case development, pricing, and scheduling. Responsibilities include coordinating P&A inputs, LOAs/LSOs and ensuring AECA/ITAR compliance while working onsite with occasional travel.

Ideal candidates have five+ years FMS experience, an active Secret clearance, and strong DSAMS/IMPART knowledge.

Qualifications

• Five years of FMS experience or ten years with high school diploma
• Active Secret Security Clearance required
• Experience with FMS pricing, P&A, LOAs, and LORs
• Experience supporting CONUS/OCONUS PMRs, trainings and WLMs
• FMS program monitoring including funds, schedules and performance

Responsibilities

• Provide case support to AMSA International
• Develop input for P&A and LOAs for DSAMS input
• Develop pricing inputs for country-specific LORs/LOAs
• Prepare MTDS data sheets for DSAMS input
• Monitor FMS cases for funding status and regulatory compliance
• Support PMRs, trainings and internal meetings
• Draft and brief O-6 level staff and customers as needed
• Coordinate updates for program status and forecast reports
• Ensure adherence to AECA, SAMM, and DFARS requirements
• Assist with procedures to improve FMS processes
