Job summary

Fresh Made Kitchen Restaurant Group in Florida is seeking a professional bartender to deliver high‑quality beverage service in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused setting. You will memorize core cocktail recipes, upsell thoughtfully, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

You will interact with guests, take orders, mix drinks to spec, check IDs, and maintain a clean, organized bar area throughout shifts. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as bartender or in a beverage-forward role.
• 24-hr service experience is preferred.
• Ability to memorize cocktail recipes for speed and accuracy.
• Make recommendations based on guests' preferences and keep ID checks compliant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
• Interacts with guests, takes orders, and serves food and drinks.
• Restock bar inventory and maintain cleanliness.
• Present bills and handle payments with accurate cash handling.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
• Have all main cocktails recipe memorized for speed and efficiency
• Continuous Pour testing and technique building
• Interact with guests, take orders, server food and drinks ?
• Assess guests needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails to specifications ?
• Check guests identification and confirm the legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies ?
• Present bills, accept payments, operates POS system, upholding strict cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions ?
• Stay guest focused and create an excellent guest experience ?
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations ?
• Maintain bar cleanliness with daily and weekly cleanings
