Job summary

Haleon plc. in the United States (Puerto Rico, Guayama) is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of operators in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. The role focuses on safety, quality and service while upholding Haleon’s EHSW standards and regulatory compliance.

You will develop staff, drive performance, and foster continuous improvement, aligning with Haleon’s strategy and budget. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical area; preferred.
• 5+ years of direct supervising experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in FMCG/regulated production settings; cGMP knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership of a team in a fast-moving consumer goods production environment.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, compliance and output standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and develop staff through Haleon methods.
• Set expectations and provide regular feedback on performance and behavior.
• Identify talent and support succession planning and recruitment efforts.
• Manage resources, including task assignment and budget awareness.
