Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety professional to join our team in Puerto Rico and the USA. You will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EH&S programs for a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, 2+ years of related experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of directly related experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/manufacturing or other regulated environments.
• Knowledge of EH&S regulations, industry standards, and risk management.
• Experience supporting capital projects, equipment installations, or process changes.
• Willingness to work after-hours for shutdowns/inspections.

Responsibilities

• Provide EH&S program development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EH&S regulations and standards.
• Evaluate regulations and their impact on manufacturing operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S procedures and training.
• Support regulatory inspections and prepare documentation.
• Review drawings, P&IDs, and specifications for EH&S considerations.
• Apply risk management to identify hazards and implement controls.
