Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of operators in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. You will ensure safety, quality and service delivery while driving continuous improvement and staff development on a site with strong EHSW and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years of direct supervising experience in a regulated manufacturing setting, with technical degrees and familiarity with SAP, Pas-X, CH Pack and Workday. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical area (Preferred).
• 5+ years of direct supervising experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in FMCG/OSD manufacturing environments with compression, blending, coating and weighing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide overside and leadership of a team in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance and output standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement and staff development through Haleon practices.
• Assist hiring and resource planning and manage budget awareness.
• Utilize real-time issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration.
