Job summary

Highland Spring is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator at our Blackford site to own day-to-day supply chain relationships with key customer accounts. You will work with Sales, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and logistics to keep customers informed and supported.

You’ll use demand data, forecasts and stock levels to spot issues early, coordinate with multiple teams and ensure our OTIF targets and service levels are met, while building strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or supply chain
• Experience working with customers, especially major retailers
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience using ERP systems
• Ability to translate data into clear actions and communicate across teams
• Organised, proactive, and able to stay focused under pressure

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day supply chain relationship for key customer accounts with Sales, Planning and logistics
• Coordinate with customers and third-party logistics partners
• Review demand, forecasts and stock to identify potential issues and solutions
• Coordinate stock movements and ensure stock availability in external warehouses
• Lead regular customer review meetings and build trusted relationships
• Prepare customer service reporting and investigate service failures with corrective actions
