Job summary

Texas Biomed is seeking an FM Systems Coordinator I to join our facilities team. The role focuses on accurate documentation of Facilities Operations System(s), ensuring data integrity and secure access across end users.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned users, provide system support, help train supervisors, manage security roles, and generate KPI reports to improve operational performance in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to assigned end users.
• Support the functionality of the system across the organization.
• Provide technical support to assigned end users.
• Work closely with the FM team to help train assigned supervisors.
• Create, assign, maintain and archive security roles within various FM Systems.
• Build, generate, analyze and disseminate reports tracking KPIs as needed.
• Ensure that data is accurate and protected against unauthorized access.
• Maintain a close working relationship with team, end users, and organizational unit leaders.
