Eco Material Technologies, a CRH company, is North America's leading producer and marketer of supplementary cementitious materials. Operators will oversee safe, efficient plant equipment operation, loading/unloading materials, monitoring inventories, and testing materials at site.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year in a relevant field, strong communication, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Requires strong verbal and written communication; able to follow established policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and operate required equipment.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is beneficial, with focus on safety and reliability.
