Job summary

Blue Origin in the United States (Lunar Permanence) seeks a proactive project management professional to lead test campaigns and flight component production scheduling, budgets, and risk. You’ll develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinate with NASA and internal teams to deliver milestones on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems) or related field; ABET preferred
• 4+ years in thermal/fluids, test engineering, or project management
• Desire to learn thermal/fluids systems PM, new processes, spacecraft development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Schedule(s) within the IMS
• Manage hardware status for internal and external demand
• Oversee budgets and capital equipment/project facilities
• Collaborate with departments to gather data for decision making
• Interface with NASA to provide schedule and testing insights
• Maintain analytics and reporting tools for performance metrics
• Identify risks and opportunities and work with business office on delivery timelines
• Manage program metrics and reporting tools across schedules and procurement
