Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related service experience/training in fluid systems and chemical industry.
• Proficient in performing technical/mechanical on-site testing.
• Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve practical problems.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic chemical concepts.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment.
• Ability to handle moderate to considerable physical activity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High achievement orientation; driven to perform and grow.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record required fluid performance measurements.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems.
• Draw fluid samples, perform chemistry tests, diagnose maintenance needs.
• Interact daily with operators and customer personnel.
• Collect data for fluid consumption, performance documentation, and reporting.
• Notify Sales/Account Manager and customer of abnormal conditions.
• Perform fluid additions and system cleanouts.
• Ensure sump pump-out schedules and system control plans are followed.
• Review and maximize recycling performance.
• Support continuous improvement projects for customers and company.
