Job summary

Grassland Dairy Products, a leading dairy company, is seeking a fluid shipping & receiving operator at our Greenwood, WI location. The role supports efficient load-out and receiving operations, with emphasis on safety, quality, and documentation.

You will operate pasteurizers and processing equipment, follow SOPs, maintain records, and work Thursday through Sunday 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive wages.

  • Ability to read and comprehend SOPs and company guidelines to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate testing equipment.
  • Must have hazard recognition and ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Demonstrate responsibilities for Preventative Controls as a Qualified Individual.

Responsibilities

  • Verify quality control items such as product composition, temperature, physical, and chemical properties.
  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
  • Maintain proper documentation in all formats of recordkeeping.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of products manufactured and the processes involved.
  • Efficiently operate pasteurizers, nano-filtration, spray drying, and evaporator systems.
  • Demonstrate proficiency and willingness to work in tight and confined spaces.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Description

The fluid shipping & receiving operator is responsible for the efficient operation of equipment within the load-out and fluid receiving areas at Grassland Dairy Products Inc. and Greenwood Milk Products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety and quality assurance practices

Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree. (GED)
