Amatrol, located in Jeffersonville, IN, is seeking a full-time mechanical assembler to build and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical assemblies in a climate-controlled facility.

You will read blueprints, troubleshoot, and test finished equipment, with a day shift and opportunities for overtime. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid out at milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints/specs in English.
• Basic plumbing or HVAC experience is preferred.
• Reliable attendance and able to start at 6:00 a.m.

Responsabilités

• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and finished systems.
• Assemble electrical components and wiring.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
• Spot and correct defective or damaged parts.
• Test, calibrate, and quality-check finished equipment.

$18.00–$22.00/hr + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

(Paid out $250 at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months)

Pay & Growth:

Level 1 — $18.00–$20.00/hr

• Great fit if you have basic mechanical, plumbing, or assembly experience and want to grow your skills.

Level 2 — $20.00–$22.00/hr

• For experienced assemblers strong in hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading who can work independently on complex builds.
