Sofidel is hiring an FLT Driver for our Papermill. Based on a shift pattern, you will load pulpers, operate conveyors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met as part of daily production.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in a busy environment.
• Ability to follow loading schedules and safety guidelines.
• Familiarity with quality, environment, and Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Load pulpers and debris onto conveyor per loading schedule and log details.
• Operate de-wiring conveyor, pulper feed conveyors and baler.
• Monitor equipment and report faults; perform routine checks.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety compliance throughout the shift.
• Assist with paper machine operation and cleaning when required.
