Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Flowline Lead in our SSBO department to promote teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement while ensuring quality and production goals are met.

You will train staff, coordinate shifts, and manage maintenance actions with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of SSBO system requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to train employees and ensure work instructions are met.
• Strong organizational and people skills with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated history of accurate documentation.
• Experience as a group/area leader with SSBO knowledge.
• Capable of coordinating long- and short-term production goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead teamwork and continuous improvement within Department 160 SSBO.
• Prioritize work and set up shifts per production needs.
• Train staff and ensure adherence to work instructions.
• Maintain necessary tools and oversee preventative maintenance actions.
• Monitor downtime and coordinate corrective actions with supervision.
• Communicate with onsite vendors and manage performance issues.
• Document outcomes and maintain compliance with ITAR/EAR considerations.
