Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Safety Representative to lead safety, health, and environmental programs across our manufacturing site. You will ensure compliance with SHEA programs and Flowserve standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires experience in health, safety, and environmental matters, strong analytical and communication skills, and a BA/BS in a relevant field. The position includes competitive pay, medical benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Experience within Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) programs.
• Experience with Workman’s Compensation.
• Experience with compliance audits and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Previous manufacturing environment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus extensive safety exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health, and environmental activities with a safety committee.
• Conduct incident investigations emphasizing prevention and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate safety training for all employees.
• Develop and administer New Hire Orientation Safety Training.
• Maintain records for work‑related injuries and illnesses and provide data analysis.
