Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a maintenance technician experienced in automotive manufacturing to lead advanced troubleshooting of flowform operations, modify CNC programs, and ensure dimensional accuracy through blueprint and CMM data interpretation.

You will perform PM/PD tasks, capture downtime, and drive continuous improvement in machine function and process flow. The role requires strong communication across teams and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on CNC program modifications and tooling improvement experience.
• Ability to interpret CMM or gaging information and adjust CNC programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced troubleshooting of flowform operations and dimensional issues.
• Repair/modify CNC programs to maintain dimensional requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and inspection reports.
• Execute PM/PD tasks and document downtime and work orders.
