Linked Professional Services seeks an experienced Flowforming Specialist to support CNC flowforming and machining operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role troubleshoots equipment and processes, maintains dimensional requirements, supports CNC programming and tooling improvements, and drives continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
• Experience modifying CNC programs and tooling.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspection reports.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot flowforming operations and resolve dimensional issues.
• Modify CNC programs to maintain specifications and tooling improvements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout.
• Complete work orders and equipment improvement tasks.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Tooling teams as needed.
