Job summary

Green Gold Group is seeking a Flower Team Lead to implement pest prevention and control programs, support flowering-stage plant maintenance, and supervise compliant plant-waste handling within the cultivation department.

This role leads daily flower production activities, including pruning, canopy management, METRC plant identification, and safe, documented plant destruction, working with cultivation management to uphold SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must oversee pest management programs and plant health.
• Must supervise flowering-stage maintenance and waste handling.
• Must ensure METRC tagging accuracy and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily flowering production activities including pruning and canopy management.
• Supervise IPM team and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety procedures.
• Manage plant destruction, waste tracking, and METRC entries with authorized personnel.
• Coordinate with cultivation management to meet production schedules and sanitation standards.
