Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Certifications preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.
• Must be at a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must possess valid state ID.
• Must be able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements to work in cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant maintenance activities including defoliation, pruning, skirting and other tasks with precision.
• Meet production goals and maintain high performance.
• Follow department work instructions and SOPs.
• Recognize strain requirements and growth patterns; identify anomalies.
