Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is hiring a Part-time Flower Merchandiser to represent our brand in stores within your territory. You will ensure displays are immaculate, restock inventory, and engage professionally with store staff and customers.

You’ll work Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00AM–1:30PM and Saturday 7:00AM–12:30PM across multiple locations. A paid training program and a mobile phone allowance are provided, with transportation reimbursement and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in floral merchandising is desirable.
• Ability to engage with customers and store teams.
• Capable of working independently in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock and organize flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to report activities to supervisor.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support display setup and inventory adjustments during peak seasons.
