Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit multiple stores within your territory and ensure attractive, well-stocked flower displays.

You will receive a planned route and training to handle flowers confidently and professionally. The role offers on-site work, a structured schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat mornings), and benefits for full-time employees, along with a mobile phone allowance and route-based reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with clients.
• Work independently while collaborating with local teams to create displays and optimize inventory.
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons by ensuring stores are prepared for demand.
• Participate in department resets and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork: support teammates with special activities when needed.
