Job summary

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to cover various store locations within your territory. You will ensure displays are immaculate, restock flowers, and report activities using a mobile device. The role offers early morning shifts and a friendly team environment.

You’ll gain paid training, a mobile phone allowance, and route-based transportation reimbursement. Availability November through May is required to meet seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• During festive seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), ensure stores are prepared for demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.
