Job summary

You will train team members, reinforce safety practices, and step in across functions as needed to keep production on track. The role emphasizes teamwork, independence, and a commitment to continuous improvement through PPS, 5S, Lean, TPM, and Kaizen.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work overtime, Saturdays, and rotating shifts.
• Teamwork and independence in a collaborative environment.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives (PPS, 5S, Lean, TPM, Kaizen).

Responsibilities

• Movement tracking: document product and material movements for smooth operations.
• Chassis inspection: verify measurements, document findings, and conduct visual checks.
• Team support: provide hands-on guidance and on-the-job training.
• Safety first: follow safety requirements and reinforce safe practices.
• Operational flexibility: support across functional areas as needed.
