Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Flow Line Technician in Eastford, CT. This full-time role runs 6 AM to 6 PM, Friday through Sunday, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on Kaizen and high-quality output.

Responsibilities include deburring, marking, bending, assembly, and paperwork accuracy. Must have a high school diploma or GED and be eligible to work in the U.S. ITAR/EAR compliance is required. Health benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must stay on task during required hours.
• Must be self-motivated and dependable.
• Enthusiasm to learn about Kaizen and single piece flow.
• Must be able to read and work from work order instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deburr, Countersink, Ream.
• Marking, Assembly.
• Bending, Blanking, Forming.
• Inspect own work using basic inspection equipment and quick-check gaging.
• Use Kaizen to flow parts and drive down costs.
• Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time according to Company policy.
