Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in Newburyport, MA is seeking a Flow Line Technician for first shift to set up and operate manufacturing presses ranging 2-ton to 100-ton. You will work 100% onsite and ensure parts meet quality standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to read blueprints in English, and comply with ITAR/EAR regulations. Prior CNC experience is a plus. The role includes safety PPE, routing paperwork, and maintaining a clean workstation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must understand and follow instructions in English.
• Must understand and interpret blueprints and sketches.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines and related equipment where programs, fixtures, and methods have been developed.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Run presses 2-ton to 100-ton.
• Meet all standards on operation sheets.
• Perform visual inspection while running presses.
• Inspect work for dimensional features per standard work.
• Produce quality and quantity of work as required by company.
• Keep a neat and clean work area at all times.
• Handle routing paperwork while running a job.
• Follow all applicable AS9100 procedures.
