Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years experience in precision manufacturing inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based Lean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final dimensional inspections of aerospace components.
• Inspect parts using precision measurement equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, optical comparators, and surface plate equipment.
• Verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
• Ensure inspection activities align with AS9100 quality standards and internal procedures.
• Work directly within the manufacturing flow line, supporting real-time inspection needs across operations.
• Document inspection results in quality documentation and ERP systems.
