Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
Experience with SAP, AS400, and NOMS.
Familiarity with planning, scheduling, and purchasing processes.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily forklift builds in SAP/SRM, ensuring timely production and delivery.
Manage and distribute production reports to assembly, fabrication, and stores.
Monitor part shortages and inventory accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
Support service order coordination and Kanban order entry in AS400.
Collaborate with planners, buyers, and supply chain partners to maintain material flow.
Communicate re-promise dates and ECN updates.
Ensure production documentation is accurate and accessible on the floor.

What You Will Do

Coordinate daily forklift builds in SAP/SRM, ensuring timely production and delivery.
Manage and distribute key production reports (NRK, POS, weld schedules, special paint cards) to assembly, fabrication, and stores.
Monitor part shortages and inventory accuracy; resolve discrepancies and track known reject issues.
Support service order coordination and Kanban order entry in AS400.
Collaborate with planners, buyers, and supply chain partners to maintain material flow and address backlogs.
Communicate truck re-promise dates and manage Engineering Change Notice (ECN) updates.
Ensure all required production documentation is accurate and available on the floor.

Working knowledge of DFT (Demand Flow Technology).
Familiarity with assembly and fabrication operations.

Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
