Munters is seeking a Working Cell Leader in the United States to help build equipment and direct production team members. You will lead daily tasks, coordinate flow lanes, and ensure safety and QA compliance on the floor.

You will also assist the supervisor with work assignments, sign for components, and ensure schedules are met. This hands-on role requires leadership and strong communication in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead morning Tier Meetings with direct reports.
• Update Production Tier Boards and communicate to the team.
• Direct and assist flow lane employees with daily assignments.
• Ensure safety practices and PPE usage.
• Complete in-process paperwork and QA inspections.
