Job summary

Qualifications

• Blueprint and schematic reading and measurement skills.
• Two years minimum assembly experience at Munters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sheet metal parts from BOM and drawings using hand and power tools.
• Lead morning Tier Meetings with direct reports.
• Update production tier boards and communicate updates daily.
• Ensure orders align with production schedules and ship dates.
• Direct and assist flow-lane employees with daily tasks.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and complete in-process checks.
