Job summary

Munters is seeking a Working Cell Leader to help build equipment and assist the supervisor with daily tasks. The role directs production staff, leads Tier meetings, and ensures safety practices are followed while meeting ship dates.

Tasks include interpreting BOMs, assembling parts, receiving materials, and maintaining organized work areas. Candidates should be prepared to train others, support quality and safety initiatives, and work standard hours with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow BOMs, assembly drawings, prints, wiring diagrams and work instructions.
• Ability to lead morning Tier Meetings and coordinate daily tasks for production team.
• Commitment to safety and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sheet metal parts per BOM using hand and power tools.
• Lead morning Tier Meetings with direct reports.
• Update Production Tier Boards and communicate updates at daily meetings.
• Receive and sign for purchase components and materials for work orders.
• Ensure orders are built per schedule and meet ship dates.
• Direct and assist flow lane employees with daily assignments.
• Enter daily labor and fill in-process check sheets.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and report issues with equipment, materials, or documentation.
• Assist with training of new employees and participate in meetings to resolve issues.
