• Lead morning Tier Meetings with direct reports in assigned areas.
• Update Production Tier Boards and provide daily updates to the team.
• Receive and sign for purchase components and materials for work orders.
• Ensure orders are built per production schedule to meet ship dates.
• Direct and assist flow lane employees with daily work assignments.
• Maintain safety practices and a safe, organized work area.
