UW Medicine – Department of Laboratory Medicine & Pathology in Seattle, WA is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) Trainee/1 for the Hematopathology Team at Fred Hutch Cancer Center. The role encompasses high-complexity flow cytometric testing and collaboration with world-renowned pathologists to advance patient care in hematopoietic disorders.

Qualifications

• Accredited bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or equivalent education/experience.
• Eligible to take the MLS certification exam within 18 months from date of hire.

• Perform high complexity flow cytometric testing for diagnosis, prognosis, and therapeutic monitoring.
