Job summary

IQVIA in Valencia, CA is seeking a Laboratory Associate - Flow Cytometry to support analytical procedures and data management in a regulated lab environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a lab science and at least 6 months of regulated-lab experience. You will work with flow cytometry instrumentation, ensure compliance with GLP standards, and assist in training new staff while supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology or cytotechnology.
• 6 months experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Working knowledge of GLP and regulatory standards applicable to the lab.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze data to ensure results meet expectations and tolerances.
• Prepare data analysis results for upload to LIMS under supervision.
• Assist in quality investigations, deviations, and resolution.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment as assigned.
• Provide training and guidance to entry level staff on routine procedures.
