Qualifications

• Degree in biological, chemical, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Hands-on flow cytometry experience in a regulated lab is preferred.
• Strong pipetting, reagent prep, and analytical calculation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform flow cytometry testing and associated analytical procedures per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data, verify accuracy, and escalate atypical results to senior staff.
• Prepare and upload data into LIMS under guidance.
• Support quality investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and corrective actions.
• Prepare buffers and reagents; calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment.
• Train entry-level staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
