Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a life science, has hands-on flow cytometry experience, and can follow SOPs and GLP guidelines while collaborating across cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a biological, chemical, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Experience in a regulated laboratory environment and flow cytometry preferred.
• Proficiency with pipetting, reagent prep, and analytical calculations.
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Equivalent education/experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform flow cytometry testing and analytical procedures per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data, verify accuracy, and escalate out-of-tolerance results to senior staff.
• Prepare and upload analytical data into LIMS under senior guidance.
• Support quality investigations, deviations, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions for laboratory workflows.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Train entry-level staff on routine procedures and onboarding tasks.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and participate in project work.
