Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

Plan assay and method development activities and draft clear, robust laboratory methods.
Execute method development experiments and support validation and analytical testing activities as needed.
Troubleshoot assays and apply root cause analysis to optimize performance.
Transfer methods into validation processes and collaborate across functions to ensure methods are scalable.
Lead and guide assigned team members on technical projects and deliverables.
Mentor and train junior staff and contribute to scientific reports and presentations.
Support laboratory equipment maintenance and evaluation of new instrumentation.
