Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Applications Scientist to support Western North America, including AZ and NM. You will demonstrate flow cytometry hardware, assist with instrument and reagents, and lead on-time deployments for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology or related life science.
• 5+ years flow cytometry experience in clinical settings, incl. spectral flow cytometry.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and troubleshooting capabilities; cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel-heavy schedule; ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of annual financial targets within the assigned territory in line with company strategy.
• Promote and demonstrate Beckman Coulter flow cytometry hardware, software, and consumables through solution demos.
• Provide scientific and technical support for instruments, reagents, and integrated systems throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead on-time implementation, including onsite customer training and solution deployment.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive support and relationship management.
