Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist – Flow Cytometry for current Howard University and Texas Southern University Clinical Laboratory Science Program students. You will analyze specimens, review and release test results, prepare stock solutions, reagents and cocktails, and perform testing based on standard criteria.

You will document observations, handle corrective actions, and contribute to ongoing education and safety practices within the lab.

Qualifications

• ASCP generalist license eligibility required at time of graduation.
• Eligibility for state license to perform laboratory testing (FL, CA).
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher from Howard University.
• Willing to work in a biohazard environment and follow Safety Manual policies.

Responsibilities

• Documents corrective actions when test systems deviate from specifications.
• Demonstrates initiative to improve efficiency and productivity; provides feedback.
• Maintains laboratory in a clean, functional state; schedules equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Participates in continuing education.
