ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is seeking a Manager, Bioanalytical Services (Flow Cytometry) to oversee the bioanalytical laboratory operations at our Lenexa, KS site. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Ph.D is preferred.
• Prior experience in a people leader position.
• ATLEAST 5 or more years working with flow cytometry.
• Proven experience in bioanalytical services, laboratory management, or a related role with GLP knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
