Job summary

Performix in Foxboro, MA is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst II to manage flow of materials, leadtimes, and MRP data, ensuring on-time delivery for internal and external customers. This onsite, 6-month contract role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, and suppliers.

You will monitor leadtimes, review inventory levels, expedite materials as needed, and support supplier negotiations to improve delivery reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or 2-5 years of experience in this type of position
• Previous ERP experience – preferably SAP
• Self-starter; able to work with many organizations/personality types

Responsibilities

• Validate and maintain leadtime, MRP, open order status/on-time delivery and quality
• Review MRP to ensure material availability and forecasted supply
• Participate in daily production meetings updating on delivery/quality issues
• Maintain close relationship with supplier base to secure delivery/quality/service levels
• First escalation level for supplier crisis management
• Expedite materials and follow up with transportation and import processes
