Culy Contracting LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, is hiring a Flow Control Technician in Winchester, IN. The role involves on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of pumps and rotating equipment. Expect Monday–Friday work with some evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel depending on job duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical proficiency with problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (dial calipers, micrometers)
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to travel overnight if required
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Knowledge of piping systems, hydraulics, pneumatics

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service, installation, start-ups, and repairs of pumps and rotating equipment
• Conduct evaluations, provide technical recommendations, and complete company reports
• Utilize service software for communication, scheduling, and workflow management
• Maintain positive demeanor and focus on growing sales and service
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of company vehicle and equipment
• Follow health, safety, and regulatory guidelines for a safe work environment
• Demonstrate physical stamina and ability to perform lifting and bending
• Execute inspections per work instructions and quality checklists
• Operate at customer sites with hand/power tools, laptops, and smartphones
• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed
