Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years field experience with pumps or related equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
• Able to use precision measuring tools and read blueprints/drawings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service, installation, start-ups, and repairs of pumps and rotating equipment.
• Conduct evaluations and provide technical recommendations; complete reports.
• Use service software for scheduling and workflow management.
• Maintain positive, customer-focused demeanor; grow sales and service.
