Culy Contracting LLC is hiring a Flow Control Technician in Winchester, IN to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of pumps and rotating equipment. You will support customer satisfaction through reliable service while working Monday–Friday, with possible evenings or weekends as duties demand.

The role requires hands-on work outdoors and a focus on safe, efficient operations. Compensation is based on experience, with full benefits and travel support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; strong mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are needed.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings; experience with precision tools helps.
• Proven time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service, installation, start-ups, and repairs of pumps and rotating equipment.
• Conduct evaluations, provide technical recommendations, and complete reports.
• Use service software for scheduling and workflow management.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and support growth of sales and service.
• Ensure care of company vehicle and equipment; adhere to safety guidelines.
• Operate at customer sites using hand/power tools and office devices.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.
