Location: Statesville, NC
Compensation: $20.75/hr and up
Days/Hours: The schedule for this job will be a rotating day shift. You will work 7am to 7pm Mon, Thu, Fri one week, and the same hours Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun the next week.
Equipment Used: Various milling equipment, mainly roll stands and sifters

The primary duties of this job will include assisting with the setting up, monitoring and adjusting of milling equipment to ensure maximum yield while also hitting production goals. Other duties will include, but are not limited to, maintenance of milling equipment, transferring of finished flour to storage and housekeeping. Areas of responsibility will include the flour mill and the cleaning house. As with most jobs at a flour mill, housekeeping will be an ongoing duty for this position. You are responsible for food safety.
