Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all areas of production in the flour mill under the direction of the Head Miller/Shift Miller.
• Assist with mill changes and daily operations; perform quality checks and sampling.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and follow SOPs and sanitation schedules.
• Support training and cover Head Miller/Shift Miller in their absence.
