Job summary

SEPRO Scientific, including EutroPHIX, seeks a Water Quality Technical Sales Specialist to drive growth in Florida. You will develop strategic customer relationships, qualify water-quality restoration opportunities, and advance projects from engagement through implementation.

The role combines consultative selling with technical knowledge to build a strong pipeline, generate revenue, and deliver environmental value across municipalities, districts, and environmental firms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant experience in technical sales or water-quality management.
Experience building customer relationships and revenue growth in environmental or public-sector markets.
Knowledge of freshwater ecosystems and nutrient management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a Florida territory business plan aligned with revenue and pipeline goals.
Qualify opportunities and lead consultative discussions with decision-makers.
Manage opportunities through full sales cycle—from lead to proposal and implementation.
Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records for territory progress.
Represent SEPRO Scientific and EutroPHIX at conferences and market events.
